Angeliki Diakrousi
HomeAngeliki Diakrousi is an an artist and independent researcher with a backround in architecture. Her work examines the spatial, social and political implications of technologies that affect urban territories, through relational methodologies, collaborations and sonic practices. Her project 'Hunting Mosquitos' (2022), exhibited at TENT, Rotterdam, investigated the use of a sonic device to repel young people from gathering in public spaces. She is involved in radio community servers and co-research on imagining computational infrastructures otherwise, with a trans*feminist approach. She is a former member of Varia, a space of collective approaches to everyday technology in Rotterdam. Between 2022-2024 she was a research assistant for The Institute for Technology in the Public Interest (TITiPI).
